Fantasy Football: Game Week 3 Preview

2 weeks down already, it will be Christmas before you know it. With some musings from last week, here are the managers.

Kev:

“Week 2 wasn’t a good week and I was rightly punished, so I’m 2-0 down in the standings. Abraham is playing like he won a competition so he has been replaced with in-form Norwich striker Pukki. There’s a bit more money in the bank after that transfer so that should help in future weeks. With a couple of big teams having harder fixtures it has been difficult, but a decision has been made and Sterling is the captain, as Salah is playing an unbeaten Arsenal team and City are up against Bournemouth. Rashford should fill his boots against a poor Palace team and the defences should look good with City and Man Utd players.

Team: Heaton; Walker, Van Dijk, Maguire; Ceballos, Pulisic, Salah (c), Sterling; Pukki, Rashford, Adams

Simon:

“Fresh from a second win of the season, this week I have a decision to make as to whether I stick with the squad that has done a great job, or whether or not it needs freshening up. Josh King was brought in because he was a good price, and on penalties for Bournemouth but my main man Pukki is banging in the goals right now and in the same price bracket, so he is hired. I’ve also been really disappointed by Sigurdsson so far and in previous years I’ve made the error of hanging on to players for too long, not this year. Siggy is out, Anthony Martial is in. Playing for United in an advanced position compared to his FPL position, he’s worth a punt. Back to the Egyptian King for the captaincy this week, whilst Arsenal should prove a tough opponent, this game is notorious for goals. Make it rain, Mo”

Team: Pope; Laporte, Digne, Alexander-Arnold, Lundstrom; Martial, Salah (c), De Bruyne, Perez; Aubameyang, Pukki
